The use of fugal secondary metabolites is extensive throughout several industries, and the compounds are often extracted using loads harmful organic solvents. issues with different also similar products produced by same biosyntethic pathways challenging downstream separation purification, especially when scaling up production for industry. main objective this study was to investigate separation, concentration purification possibilities four valuable fungal pigments Fusarium solani. We present a full membrane based filtration train elucidate which type can be useful in compounds. This visualized possibility if microfiltration concentrate bostrycoidin separate fusarubin from rest pigments. Also, comparison between three types membranes presented, showing little none difference investigated membranes. Lastly, high concentration- recovery concentrating an even higher concentration. It shown paper, that it possible separate, purify fusarubins investigated.
